Theory

While some managers need help to maintain their focus on the business, others that

follow the interaction approach model invest their time in evaluating how employees'

interactions may impact the job environment. According to this concept, how workers connect is

critical in business since these interactions build the atmosphere and significantly impact

variables directly related to the organization's success, such as employee morale and productivity

(Repko 125). Furthermore, while it is usual for employee relations to influence individual

employee satisfaction levels, the interactional model maintains that the health of relationships

among workers may affect more than simply happiness. According to this paradigm, executives

must devote their attention to workplace connections to be effective.
