    This letter has reference to the e-mail of Pampanga State Agricultural
    University’s (PSAU’s) Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) on the required
    submission of original Transcript of Record (TOR) or Certified True Copy of Grades and
    Certificate of Enrollment. In relation, I respectfully submit a copy of my Form 6 issued by
    Distance, Open and Transnational - Central Luzon State University (DOT CLSU)
    indicating my current course undertakings for Master of Science in Rural Development
    (MSRD) 2nd Semester A.Y. 2022-2023.
    A copy of updated Certificate of Grades has already been requested from DOT
    CLSU. However, due to the volume of requests, the document may take a while to be
    delivered. The same will be immediately submitted to our HRMO upon receipt for
    compliance.

    In relation, I respectfully submit a copy of my latest Transcript of Records issued
    by Central Luzon State University (CLSU) indicating the status of my Master of Science
    in Development Communication (MSDC) degree as of 1 st Semester A.Y. 2022-2023. A
    certified true copy of the said document has already been requested from CLSU.
    However, due to the volume of requests, the document may take a while to be
    delivered. The same will be immediately submitted to our HRMO upon receipt for
    compliance.
