Given a chance to help Loden and Rosener modify the Diversity Wheel by adding
a certain characteristic, be it in the inner circle or outside, what could it be. Write
a short description of the characteristic and explain why it must be included.

If I were to add another characteristic to the wheel, I will add the social media
influence on the outer part of the wheel. Let us admit that the social media had
an enormous impact to our personality and changes the way we look on our life.
Social media also affects our viewpoint and principles in life. Because of social
media, we tend to accept and embrace different culture and beliefs. Because of
social media we can show different experiences, viewpoints, and worldviews to
other people hence, they can change our perspective. That is why the social
media influence can be added to the diversity wheel because like other
characteristic, it also affects our experience and principles giving us an exclusive
worldview around us.
