END OF TOUR

BILLING:
• IM-TRAVEL CORPORATION will require a down payment of 50% of the total contract price upon
confirmation of this package.
• Remaining or outstanding balance shall be paid 15 days prior to travel date.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
• This document represents the initial agreement for groups being reserved. Should you wish to place a
booking, a written request is required, or you may call your contact sales. Please note that space is not
held at the time of offering this quotation. Availability may vary upon the date of confirmation. Upon
confirmation and room availability.
OTHERS:
• Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM or as soon as room is available while standard check-out time is at
12:00noon. Late check-out before 6:00 PM shall be charged 50% off the room rate, Late check-out after
6:00 PM shall be charge a full room rate.
POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION
• Cancellation made 7 days prior the event shall mean that 50% cancellation charge based on the
contracted revenue shall be charged to the company.
• Cancellation made 3 days prior the event shall mean that 100% cancellation charge of the total room &
banquet charges.
• Request for postponement of an event shall be subject to the availability of the room and banquet space
but shall be subject to the approval and evaluation of the hot
