My situation is that I am going to make a presentation on a new product. There are three options
for me to choose: making power pont slides, making a poster and making a video.
For me, among the three options I think making power point slides is the best choice because of
some reasons. The first reason is that I can show as many images as I can and I can present
information in the way that I want. The second reason is that the power point slides will attract to
many viewers. Finally, it is easy to preapare power point slides.
I don’t think making a poster is suitable because I am not good at designing a poster and it is
very difficult to attract to viewers and takes a lot of times. Although making a video is a good
idea, but it takes a long time to make a video such as I have to write a script, shoot a movie and
edit video.
To sum up, if I were in the case, I would choose to make power point slides because of the
resons I have mentioned.
Topic 4
My situation is that Iam going to organize an activity to raise money to help poor students. There
are three options for you to choose: a school concert, a second-hand market and a marathon.
Among three options I think organizing a school concert is the best choice because some of the
reasons. The first reason is that most people like to listen to music so we can buy more tickets.
The second reason is that the concert night is a great time for everyone relax. Finally, we can
invite some famous singers, so we can raise money to help poor students.
I don’t think organizing a marathon is suitable because not many students like to take part in and
organizing a marathon is complicated, example we have to find a suitable course. Although
organizing a second-hand market is a good idea, I don’t choose it simply because we need to
have many sellers and the school yard is big enough to hold outside.
In sum up, if I were in the case, I would choose to organize a school concert to help poor
students because of the reasons I have mentioned.

My situation is that an oversea friend is planning to visit my country and wondering about the
best time to go there. There are three options for him to choose spring, summer and Autumn.
For me, among the three options I think spring is the best choice because of some reasons. The
first reason is that the weather is warm and beautiful. The second reason is that Tet holiday is
also in spring. My friend can take part in many festivals such as going to flower markets,
watching dragon dance and lion dance and watching the fireworks. My friend can also try
traditional food such as stricky rice cake

are suggestd: posting on her Facebook wall, making a phone call and sending her a card.
For me, among the three options, I think posting on her Facebook wall is the best choice because
of some reasons. The first reason is that I can design and write down my wishes. The second is
that all her friends can see my wishes which would remind them of her birthday. I think her
happiness would double when everybody shares their wishes with her.
I don’t think making a phone call is suitable because she is busy at work so she doesn’t have
time to answer the phone. Although sending her a card is a good idea, I don’t choose it. Because
I have to go to bookshop to buy a card, this thing takes a lot of times.
In sum up, if I were in the case, I would choose posting on her Facebook wall because of some
reasons I have mentioned.

- Hanoi
- Hochiminh
- Hue
Which do you think is the best choice?
My situation is that a foreign friend is going to visit a city in Vietnam in august for three days.
There are three options are suggested: Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh and Hue.
For me, among the three options, I think HN city is the best choice because of some reasons.
The first reason is that my friend should visit HN because August is Autumn, and HN in Autumn
is very romantic with milk flowers and cool air. The second reason is that there are many famous
places to visit in HN such as Hoan Kiem lake, Uncle Ho mausoleum, one pillar pagoda, temple
of Literature.
In contrast, I don’t think Hue is a good place to visit in Autumn because it rains all day, so it’s
very boring.
Besides, HCM City is a good idea, but I don’t choose it because the weather is sometimes very
hot and sometimes rainy.
To sum up: for the reasons I have mentioned above, “Hanoi” is my best choice.
