Applicability This policy is applicable to all employees who work out of Infinite
Offices (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Gurgaon) and Client
Locations.

3. Policy
3.1 For this policy the employees would be categorized into two parts:
a) Working out of Infinite offices across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Gurgaon
b) Working out of client locations
3.2 For Employees working out of Infinite Offices :(Locations: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad
and Gurgaon)
3.2.1 The Food Allowance of Rs.1000/- would be added as an additional component to the
employee’s gross, on a monthly basis.
a. Employees have a choice of opting for the food facility provided by Infinite, by registering on
Spandan-
(https://spandan.infinite.com/portal/Spandan/Departments/Admin/Food/FoodSurvey.aspx).

This is on an annual basis (1 January to 31 December), and the employee will not be able
to disable the same before completion of the year.
b. Employees who avail the above facility would be provided with an Infinite food card / Infinite
food coupons for Rs.1000/- per month, which would be deducted from the monthly gross.
c. For employees who do not wish to avail this facility, an amount of Rs: 1000/- would be
credited to their monthly gross salary. This amount is taxable as per norms.
3.3.1 The overall monthly gross of the employee will remain the same, since the food allowance
component reflected in the monthly salary is only a restructuring of the “Other Allowance”
segment.
For example: If Other Allowance component in the monthly gross of the employee is Rs, 5000/-
going forward the same would be reduced to Rs. 4000/- and an additional component - “Food
Allowance” amounting to Rs. 1000/- would reflect in the payslip. Thus the “Monthly Gross’ does
not undergo a change.
