INSPECTION CRITERIA FOR INCOMING GOODS

This quality assurance checklist can help ensure that quality standards are met for incoming products:

1) Check to make sure parts received have the quality certificates (such as OEM COC, COA, COO,
test reports) issued by suppliers.

2) Inspect the quality of all incoming goods and inspect for any damages.

3) Sample test to check quality and consistency (if required).

4) Check for specifications and quantity.

5) Check for any quality defects or inconsistencies.

6) Reject quality-deficient parts and fill up Non-Conformance report form.

7) Inform respective internal personnel.
