RE: CONDUCT OF IPPIS HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) RECORDS VERIFICATION EXERCISE

FOR EMPLOYEES OF NON-CORE MINISTRIES, DEPARTMENT AND AGENCIES (MDAs)

I am directed to convey the contents of the circular from the Head of Service REF.NO.
HCSF/HRM/M.1125/T4/194 dated 10th October, 2023, to you and to enjoin you to cascade the
contents to all concerned staff under you. The extracts of the circular reads as thus;

The IPPIS verification portal for Human Resource update portal is open for all staff to update
their records, and the portal will be open from the 12th October to 31st October, 2023.

You are required to follow these steps to commence the registration and update of your details
for verification.
1. Visit the verification portal at https://verification.ippis.gov.ng

2. Click on IPPIS Data Capture & Verification Portal Page.

3. Generate a token by completing your IPPIS Number, Email Address and Telephone
Number.

4. A token will be sent to your email address, which you will use to access your page at all
times and update your records.

5. The IPPIS Verification Portal will not be reopened for defaulting employees and non-
compliance with the directive will lead to suspension of salary.

6. For further enquiry, please contact the office at dippis@ohcsf.gov.ng

You are hereby directed as well as warned to update only correct and authentic information into
the portal especially information regarding dates of Birth, as the print out will be crosschecked
thoroughly, and any unauthorized changes will attract immediate dismissal of the staff involved.
You are advised to go through the form thoroughly before uploading as no excuse will be
tolerated, once an error in your upload is observed.
