Based on Ministry of Human Resources / Ministry of Home Affairs Aproval Reference dated,
we hereby appoint your company to recruit 3,000 worker for employment with our company
and liaise with authorizes concerning are as follows :

Our recruiment terms and conditions are as follows:

1) Number of worker : 3000 Persons

2) Sector : General Worker

3) Job Description : Construction Work

4) Age : 18 - 45 Years Old

5) Rate : RM 9.00 Per Hour

6) Working Days : 26 Days

7) Working Hours : 10 Hours

8) Contract Period : 5 Years

9) Workmen Compensation In accordance with Malaysian Labour Law : the foreign worker
coveres by the existing Foreign Worker Compensation Scheme.

10 ) Accommodation
The employer provide free accommodation close to the working area to the workers with
free water and electricity.

a) Food Provided

b) Hostel Provided

c) Transport Provided

11) Government Levy and Immigration

The payment of Government Levy will be as prevailing laws in Malaysia. Any other relevent
fees and charge in respect to Bangladesh workers / security guards shall be borne by
employer.

12) Annual Leave,Sick Leave and Public Holiday In accordance with Malaysian Labour laws :

a) Annual leave of 8 days

b) Sick Leave (without hospitalization) 14 days per year

c) Public Holoday (10 days) per Annum

13) Air Ticket

Single journey would be provide upon completion of the Employment contract.

14) Yearly Medical

Yearly medical examination will be arrange and paid by the employment as required by the
Immigration Deparment of Malaysia.

15) Restriction
d) That Employeebshall not marry with any Malaysian and shall not
partycipate in any political activities and activities of those connect
with Trade Union in Malaysia.

16) The service of the Employee shall be terminated immediately upon of occurrence of any
of the following event :-
