I Balbir Singh son of late Sh. Pirthi Singh resident of village & Post
Office Baiyanpur, Tehsil & district Sonepat (Haryana) India-131001
occupation retired Head Master do hereby solemnly affirm and declare
as under:
1. That I am citizen of India.
2. That the deponent herein as such well acquainted with the facts
deposed here under:
i. That the deponent has two children namely Surjeet Saroha (son) &
Neeraj Saroha (daughter).
ii. That the deponent has already given all the share of moveable /
immoveable property and cash to his daughter i.e. Neeraj Saroha from
inheritance.
iii. That my son Surjeet Saroha who is currently living at 855, West 46 th
Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V5Z2R4 and his share
from inheritance cash/ moveable /immoveable property is INR
5,00,000,00 (Rupees Five Crore).
iv. That I will release this amount in his favour whenever he will be in
need in his life.
