Zoren:
INNOVATE- It is a crucial objective for aviation companies for several reasons. Well
importante naman ang tatlo ito pero the aviation industry should prioritize innovation for
various reasons.
Meaning…
Sa INNOVATE we are introducing new and creative ideas, Methods, like sa HANGAR
PLAN na ginagawa po namin, or technologies like our upcoming VR ROOM to improve
the efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of maintenance processes within a relatively brief
timeframe. (paki -explain ng maayos)
Ano ng aba yung efficiency and effectiveness?
Efficiency is how well resources (like time, money, supplies, and effort) are used to get a
certain result or goal. A good process tries to make as little waste as possible while getting
the maximum amount done. In other words, it's about getting things done in the most
efficient and cost-effective way.
WHILE,
Effectiveness, on the other hand, looks at how well a process, action, or system achieves its
planned goals or objectives. It's a way to figure out how well something works to get the
affects you want. A good process leads to the correct and great results that were wanted.
In short, efficiency means ginagawa mo ang mga bagay in the best resources na pwedeng
gamitin, while effectiveness means getting the results or goals na gusto mo mangyari.
Finding a good mix between the two is important for success in many things, including
maintaining aircraft.

Kim:
Here are some explanations and examples of why innovation is essential for aviation
companies:

INTEGRATE refers to the process of aligning and harmonizing different departments,

functions, or processes to work together towards common goals.

This can involve breaking down organizational silos, improving communication, and
streamlining operations for better efficiency and collaboration. INTEGRATE
“PAGKAKAISA’ DAPAT IISA ANG GOAL PARA SA COMPANY.

Alyessa:

Before jumping to the importance of integration we would like to Introduce the lean six
sigma and its advantages in achieving the integration. As a yellow belt eme.

Sabihin din na yung current ginagamit is flow chart which is also beneficial pero mas
ihighlight mo yung benefit na makukuha pag yung lean six sigma yung gagamitin.

*Employee Development and Engagement: * - Invest in employee training, career growth, and
skill development. - Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages innovation
and teamwork.

Zoren:
Here are some explanations and examples of why integration is essential for aviation
companies:
Enhanced Safety:
dito hindi lamang sa mismong operation yung safety ng workers ang iniisip kundi pati yung
safety-critical information and protocols are shared and followed consistently throughout the
organization.
Kapag lahat ng departments are integrated and working together, yung mga potential
safety issues can be identified and addressed more effectively. Mabilis na makikita at mabilis
ding malulutasan dahil may pagkakaisa.
Example: An aviation company might integrate safety data from maintenance, flight
operations, and air traffic control to analyze trends and proactively address safety
concerns.
Compliance and Regulation:
Integration helps ensure that all aspects of the aviation business comply with regulatory
requirements and industry standards. By integrating compliance processes, companies can reduce
the risk of violations and associated penalties.
Dito need natin na masunod mga regulations sa company para ma lessen or avoid ung mga
violations and hazards sa work or workplace.
Example: An aviation company might integrate compliance data from various sources to monitor
adherence to safety regulations and maintain required certifications.
- Prioritize safety as the top concern
Streamlined Operations:
Integration optimizes workflows and eliminates silos, leading to more efficient processes. When
different departments work together seamlessly, operational bottlenecks can be reduced or
eliminated, resulting in cost savings and improved productivity.
Dito naman, integration inooptimise nya yung mga workflows and ini eliminate yung pagiging
dependent ng mga each department and para mag joinforce para makita lahat ng bottlnecks each
dept para mas maging productive.
Example: Integrating maintenance, work scheduling, and ground operations can lead to smoother
aircraft turnarounds and minimize delays.--- ipasok dito ang planning and yung nagging prob ng
company na may kanya kanyang ipinaglalaban hahaha
WORK PACKAGE 2YE 4C
MILA:
Improved Customer Experience:
The integration allows aviation companies to offer a more cohesive and personalized
experience to customers. When information is integrated across various touchpoints, airlines can
better understand customer preferences and provide tailored services.

When different parts of the organization work in sync, it becomes easier to identify cost-saving
opportunities.
Example: Integrating procurement, inventory management, and maintenance can lead to better
control of spare parts inventory and reduce maintenance costs.- insert dito yung pwedeng iorder
na before starting the
Mila: Isa sa pinakamahalagang bagay na dapat isaalang alanh ay ang good

Partnerships and Alliances:

Integration is important when forming partnerships or alliances with other companies. Why?
When two or more organizations integrate their operations, they can achieve synergies and
create more value together.( Expand mo pa. ano ba advantage neto sa company. Ano ba
mabubuild nila . bakit hindi na lang niya gawin alone? Bakit need niya pa ng partner?)
Forge partnerships with other aviation companies, suppliers, and technology providers to
access new capabilities and markets. - Collaborate with research institutions and universities for
innovative projects and talent acquisition.
