I Love Water

My time on campus has taught me something important, water is necessary to survive on

campus. It has been a constant 100 degrees this whole summer and water has become necessary.

Everyday, I sweat buckets in the heat as my body tries to cool itself off, however, it fails to do so.

So far, I’ve gotten dizzy too many times on campus with me almost fainting. I used to drink a lot

of diet sodas as a way to sustain myself but nowadays I can only get my hydration from water.

I’ve invested into items that can keep all my water. I have over 4 separate bottles of water

with each one serving their separate purpose. My primary ½ a gallon of water bottle is what

keeps me hydrated throughout the day. There isn’t a time where I don’t have that huge water

bottle. I have two other canteens that I got from ROTC that I have to keep on my chest rig. I then

have one more bottle just in case I lose my big water bottle. Drinking water has become more

commonplace in my life. I hope it leads me to making healthier choices.
