detailed feedbacks on our proposals. However,
what you've suggested in the sketch you shared
cannot be adjusted as they are making the
kitchen even smaller.
We will place a bedroom on ground floor with an
attached bath for retiring during the daytime, for
overnight visitors, or God forbid, if someone
undergoes a medical procedure or injury. A
separable study room can be used by the children
and also used for short stay visitors like tutors or
guests. This study’s bathroom will function as a
powder room, serving a dual-purpose.
The heart of your home will be a spacious family
living area on ground floor linked to a central
stair case, the dining area, and open beautiful
kitchen with a counter. This will make the kitchen
a part of the home and a very comfortable place
to spend time. It will lead to a separate wet
kitchen where main cooking and washing will
take place. This will help maintain a crisp look for
the main kitchen at all times. The wet kitchen will
serve as the primary access for maids etc. from
the open passage and can be locked from the
inside for double security.
For the sake of privacy, I suggest we place a
comfortable master suite on the First Floor with
the other 2 bedrooms. I have done this before
and it really makes the home more pragmatic.
You can fully enjoy your privacy with nice, open
courtyard views, sunlight and natural ventilation.
The kitchenette with a breakfast area on first
floor will facilitate your basic kitchen
requirements. MashaAllah you guys are young
and active and won’t have trouble going up the
stairs either!
Car parking for two cars also demands space so
we need to adjust that as well.
For basement, I highly recommend to retain
proposal 02 planning. However, if you require a
servant quarter, it can only be made in the
basement. Otherwise, we can eliminate the
requirement all-together. Please confirm what
Our proposal end up with smaller Kitchen.
The master bedroom and bathroom are already
the minimum possible width. Further reducing
only possible if we convert it into a guest
bedroom.

lock-and-key store of almost 170 sft with a 10
