    Subject: Correction Required in our Bill No. 1004643601 dated 03.08.2022

    Dear Sir,

    This is reference to above subjected bill issued to us, which need corrections as under: -

    1. This bill issue after long time after increase in connected load, almost after 3 months.
    2. Increased Load not mentioned in bill, it is showing 19.94kW in place of 94.04kW
    Sanctioned (Demand Note No. 100017442031 dated 18.04.2022.
    3. In bill number 1004643601 surcharge of 35,537.00 charged / billed for demand of
    26.82, which is wrong, as load increased on 18.04.2022, in April demand was 16kVA
    only, in May demand was 35 and in June it was 46, well under asked demand of
    85kVA mentioned in demand note. It must be reversed from our bill.
    Kindly do the needful and issue us revised corrected bill, so that we can pay the bill timely.
