Contract: Contract OSM-1322:- Overhauling of EEA-5 point machines installed on line 5 and line 6

Subject: EEA-5 mounting drawing and schedule for Poland technical expert in India

Ref: 1) DMRC Letter No. DMRC/S&T/O&M/PMO/02 dated 29th Sept-2023

Dear Sir,

In response to DMRC letter vide reference [1], please find enclosed drawing for position of hole to be
drilled on the web of the stock rail for stretcher bar. AT would like to clarify that track contractor can use
the same specification of RCC base and reinforcement as used in EEA-5 point machine installed in line 5
and line 6.

Further, AT would like to inform DMRC that Mr. Filip Nowak engineer expert of EEA-5 point machine will
be in India from 17th Oct-2023 to 21st Oct-2023 to cover technical aspect of EEA-5 point machine
overhauling. AT request DMRC to complete the test bench installation in all aspect in Mundka depot
before 16th Oct-2023
