The present work aimed to determine the CGA and caffeine content in
Coffee Arabica samples consumed in Jordan, of various geographical
origins and degrees of roasting, and to compare the outcomes with
total phenolic and antioxidant contents of the samples, to determine if
there is any correlation present.
