Sub: Giving permission to enter warehouse and receive the cargo
Our company is authorized by Telkomsel Project team to collect goods
from PT ZTE INDONESIA’s warehouse, I would like to inform you that
following employees are authorized from PT ITLA LOGISTIK
INDONESIA.

Due to the nature of the work, signature on the stock out DN voucher and
receive or return items. The valid period of this authorization is from 16
May 2023 to 31 December 2023.

Our company collects and shares the personal information of employees to

ZTE only for the purpose of contract fulfillment. At the request of ZTE, our
company will comply with ZTE’s privacy policy to fulfill the obligations
of privacy protection and ensure the safety of employee data.
