Insights
➢ There is decline in number of orders as moving from quarter on quarter.

➢ There is decline in number of revenue as moving from quarter on quarter.

➢ There is positive co-relation between Number of orders and Revenue.

➢ The discount available from any time type of the available credit card is almost ~0.6.

➢ There is increase in shipping time as moving from quarter in quarter.

➢ There is reduction in customer satisfaction as moving from quarter on quarter.

➢ Highest number of customer are from Texas State.

➢ Chevrolet vehicle make is the highest preferred car by the customers.

➢ 50% of the cars that are ordered by the customer are from top 10 Vehicle maker only.
Recommendations

1. If the shipping time is reduced then the customer satisfaction will be increased.

2. New programs or adds can be introduced to increase the orders by the customers.

3. New services can be provided to the customers who have placed the orders to increase the
customer satisfaction.

4. New schemes or discounts can be given to customers to increase the orders.

5. Check on the overall after-sales feedback given by the customer for any improvement to be done.

6. Focus more on the states where number of order are more so that sales can be increased further.

7. Focus more on people working in top 10 jobs, so that the number of orders can be increased.

8. As most of the orders were with latest Vehicle Model, company should have more models with
latest year of making.
