Mode Of Payments
1. All Payments cheques /DDs to be made favour of "Deep Production".

2. Goods & service tax @ 18% extra will be applicable on total billing. If client want bill

3. 90% of the total amount to be paid by cheque/DD/cash as booking/confirmation

amount.
4. Balance 10% to be paid by DD/cash only, on the day of the event prior to the event.
5. The confirmation of the artists depends on first –come –first –serve basis in terms of
booking amounts.
6. Amounts once paid are non- refundable and non-adjustable with any other date or event

7. Cancellation needs to be notified one week in advance the client will face 50% of total cost as expenses.

8. In case of delay the client will have to pay an additional 25% as late cancellation fee.

9. Full 100% will have to be paid in case of cancellation on the day of the event.
10. Full 100% Guarantee cannot be given on any technical equipment. The charges would have to be Bourne anyways by the client/your
company

11. In case of any cancellations due to forces of nature, the client will have to bear the complete cost (100% Charges).

12. This is to be considered as a contract.
