GUIDELINES

1. The FUN RUN/WALK will be held on October 28, 2023 at 6:00 am.
2. ONLY registered participants are allowed to join the activity.
3. Non-registered runners and spectators are not allowed to participate in the Fun Run/Walk.
4. Minors must have their parent/guardian sign the waiver.
5. Participants will wear white t-shirt (preferably old).
6. Starting point for KIDS/ADULTS is from SM City to PMRMS North Covered Gym.
7. Winners will be announced after the event.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of my entry being accepted, I waive any and all
claims for myself, my son/daughter, my administrators and my heirs against all officials,
sponsors and organizers connected with PMRMS North Fun Run/Walk for injury or illness
that may directly or indirectly result from my participation on this event. I attest that I have
