Applications are invited for the UDID contractual post for State
Coordinator under Unique ID for Persons with Disabilities
Project (UDID)at State level. Essential & desirable
qualifications, selection criteria and application format is
given below.

A. Education Qualification:-

i) A Regular Degree in Bachelors in Computer Application/


B.Sc IT/B.Tech (Computer Science).
ii) A Regular Degree in Master in Computer Application/
M.sc IT/M.Tech (Computer Science).
iii) A Candidate must have passed Punjabi in matriculation
or its equivalent examination.
iv) Inter se merit of the candidates shall be determined
by awarding marks to the candidates as under:
(A) 1/10th of the percentage obtained by the candidate
in bachelor's degree.
(B) 1/10th of the percentage obtained by the candidate
in Master's degree
(c) 01 additional mark for every completed year of
experience in the field of information technology
computer after the acquisition of bachelor's
degree, subject to a maximum of 03 marks.
(d) Inter se merit of the candidates shall be prepared
strict on the basis of above mentioned formula.

B. Age :- Age should be between 21-35 years on the last date


prescribed for submission of application.

C. Duration of appointment:- Duration of appointment will be


initially for a period of six months which may be extended time
to time. However, the services of State Coordinator may be
terminated even earlier without giving any prior notice.

Duties and responsibilities of State Coordinators:

1. Coordination with all the concerned Departments of the


State and the Project Management Unit of UDID project.
2. Monitoring of project progress, maintain project schedule
and resolve problems arising out of implementation of the
project in the state.
3. Preparation of project status report by collecting and
analyzing data/information from each village/block/district
in the State.

Applications are to be submitted by post only. Self-


attested copies of the certificates of educational qualification
and experience must be attached to the application. Final
selection shall, however, be subject to production of original
certificates. In case of submission of any wrong information,
selection shall be cancelled.
