ROLES OF EACH COORDINATOR

President: Pankil Padhariya

 Running chapter meeting according to RMB agenda and policies.


 In co-ordination with Vice-President, Secretary and LVH, runs chapter for a period of 6 months for
Growth and Professional gains for each member of Chapter.
 In co-ordination with team members uses Meeting Stimulants and ideas from the Chapter tool kit
as and when appropriate.
 To work as a bridge between RMB regional coordinator and chapter members for solution of any
problems or questions concerning the Chapter.
 Arranging monthly Leadership Team meeting to evaluate progress within the Chapter.

Vice President: Raj Dhabalia

 The Vice President is likely to be a detail-oriented member who makes numbers interesting and
who is not afraid to follow up and help members who aren’t meeting group expectations.
 Prepares and presents the weekly Vice President’s Report including statistics and progress towards
the chapter goals
 Chairs the Membership Board
 Oversees membership renewals
 Manages the application process

Secretary: Mehul Buddhdev

 Record and maintain a file of all Working Committee Minutes


 Sign legal documents
 Prepare term report for membership
 Publish and/or edit the newsletter
 Manage all communications with RMB

Treasurer:

 Review chapter fee regularly to make sure it is sufficient for the chapter’s needs
 Makes sure all members are paying chapter fees
 Report each week on how much money the chapter has and what it is needed for
 Pay the costs the chapter decide are to be paid from chapter fees
 Help make visitors understand the difference between chapter fees and the RMB membership fee

LVH & Team:

An effective Visitor Host team is one of the hidden elements of RMB and typically they are made up of a
mix of experienced and newer members who are very positive, welcoming and prepared to do more than
just help at the meeting.

 Phone invited visitors before the meeting to explain where to go, what to bring and what to expect.
 Arrive at the meeting early to greet visitors and members

 Briefly introduce visitors and substitutes to the meeting and report about progress with prior
visitors.
 Meet with visitors at end of meeting to explain the application process.
 Visit their offices if he or she is interested to become a member.
 Gives comfort to visitors during & after the meeting.
 He must answer all the queries of visitors.

Mentor:

 The New Member Mentor – will typically be someone warm and positive that loves the group and
has a good understanding of RMB. Often the immediate past President is the ideal person.
1) Helps new members understand the RMB basics and feel part of the group.
 2) Completes a R2R with each new member within a week of their induction.
 4) maintain the culture & policy of BNI also help others to understand.

Chapter Growth:

 The growth coordinator works in conjunction with the leadership team to help the chapter sustain
consistent growth. This includes:
 Working with the leadership team to develop a chapter marketing plan.
 Guiding the Chapter to overcome any identified obstacles to growth and implement positive
strategies and programs to help them reach their goals.

Referral value:

 Keeps an eye on the authenticity and quality of the referrals passed.


Notes the referrals and passes it on to the VP for the referral reality check (at least 2 weeks old)
 Referral Reality Checks must be done at least once a month.

Attendance:

 Concerned with bringing the chapter absence down to 0 by regular follow-ups and
 Making the members understand the importance of attending.
 Attendance Coordinator can take weekly follow ups.
 Category opening letter for 4th Absents.
 Maintain the attendance record of every meeting.
 He must come early in the meeting.

Meeting: CA Nirav Dhaduk

 Chapter events can often help build trust and referrals between members.
 The Meeting Co-Coordinator is likely a member who is outstanding at organizing events and
motivating people to attend them.
 Advises the chapter of upcoming training opportunities.
 Coordinates arrangements for chapter social events and seasonal events.
 Liaises with their local chapters to organize reciprocal visits.
 Organizes chapters fundraising events.
 Arrangement and booking should be conduct earlier & coordinate with LT for the same.
 He should try to make every event different & unique way.

Social media: Pankil Padhariya

 If the group wants to use social media to communicate with the group and the business
community, having a person specifically appointed to the role makes sense. Obviously, it would be
someone that enjoys uses and understands social media.
 Maintains and posts to the chapter’s social media pages and/or groups.
 Promotes the chapter and the members through social media.
 Helps others to promote their business through social media.

Education:

 The Education Coordinator is usually someone who is confident speaking in front of a group of
people and can make the most boring of subject’s fun, interesting and motivational.
 Researches and presents a weekly Education Nugget/Moment that helps the chapter get more
from their RMB membership.
 Introduces the Weekly Speaker.

Features Presentation: Haresh Parmar

 Keeps record of past featured presentations to ensure every member gets equal benefits.
 Ensures minimum next 6 weeks booking of presentations.
 Ensures to have seasonal business presentation on board at right time.
 Ensures to get presentation received on time to LT by email for review and approval.
 Coaches and guide members for effective presentation.
 Ensures all members understand benefit of featured presentation.
 Motivate members attend Featured Presentation work shop.
 Prepare Education slot for benefits of featured presentation and be ready as and when asked for by
your LT or Edu co-coordinator.

R 2 R: AAshish Joshi

 Shall ensure each member have 3 basic documents for quality R2R. (gains/Contact sphere/BIO)
 Shall carry out R2R with new inducted members and guide them how to develop 3 documents for
R2R. Carry out quality R2R. Also help them how to plan R2R calendar and how do they priorities
R2R
 Track members not doing R2R, motivate them for R2R. Focus on individual problem and try to
resolve, in case needed take help of President.
 Track members doing R2R, and not getting referrals. focus on individual problem and try to resolve,
in case needed take help of LT.
 Organize R2R conclave for the chapter, as and when needed, it’s a spark starter for a chapter
having less R2R but is not a replacement of quality R2R.
 Prepare Education slot for R2R and be ready as and when asked for by your LT or Edu co-
coordinator.
