Changing channel brake operating manual

Dear users:
Thank you very much for choosing our road gate products, the road gate is equipped with a standard
external interface, can be configured with a vehicle detector and license plate recognition system, to realize the
automatic control of the system, widely used in road management, road charging and commercial, residential and
other parking lot management systems.
This product for our independent research and development of products, in order to ensure its safe and
reliable operation, and ensure the safety of the use of products, in this manual, in the process of the system
operation, should pay attention to the special note, please use this equipment, first carefully read this manual, so
as not to damage your rights and interests due to improper operation.

2、Corresponding relation between gate bar length and speed:


The gate has matched the spring pull by the rod length and set the speed parameters of the
machine. Please use the gate according to the shipping rod length. If you need to adjust the rod
length and the machine running speed, please consult our after-sales service personnel.

3、The direction of the gate:


The direction has been adjusted when leaving the factory. If the installation direction
of the machine on the site needs to be changed, the installation direction of the spring hanging
arm, the limit plate, the fixed direction of the spring, and the motor on and off wiring of the
controller should be adjusted to adjust the direction parameters of the controller.

4、Operation instructions of the spring hanging hole.
When the gate leaves the factory, the gate spring tension has been adjusted to balance. If
the field installation needs to change the rod length, refer to the figure below to change the
spring or change the hanging hole position, and observe the stability of the gate lever. If the
drop lever shake is obvious, the spring tension is not enough; If the lever bar shake is more
obvious, the spring tension is too large, so adjust the hanging hole position or adjust the
tightness of the spring.

5、Remote control is paired and deleted

Remote transmission coding method is welding code, remote receiving method is learning. Before
the remote control is used, you need to pair pairs. You can only learn 10 different remote coding,
and the same coding is unlimited.
5.1、Remote control pairing
Turn off the power supply and press the "On, off" buttons at the same time. Turn on the power
supply and release the "open, off" keys for 5 seconds.
5.2、Remote control delete coding (all coding deleted)
Turn off the gate power supply and press the "stop" button. Turn on the gate power supply
and release the "open, off" buttons after 5 seconds.

6、Common faults and troubleshooting


6.1、The equipment does not switch off normally:
1、Check that the machine is powered up and confirm that the voltage is correct, within
(220V ± 5%);
2、If the power supply is normal, confirm whether the gate rod has been installed, whether
the length of the installed gate rod is matched, if the length of the gate rod is long, the
site is used a short gate rod, may cause the machine can not shut down normally or the landing
pole jitter seriously, it is necessary to adjust the spring hole position or replace the
spring;
3、Check the switch line is short circuit phenomenon, can remove the switch controller
connected to the external line (license plate recognition brake line, manual button brake
line, etc.), press the remote control transmitter to open, close, stop whether normal check.
4、Check whether the vehicle detector is dead: if the vehicle detector signal indicator
light is often on, it means that the vehicle detector is dead, which should be turned off
to reset. If the vehicle detector dies frequently, check whether the ground sensor coil laid
on the ground is damaged, if it is recommended to reduce the induction sensitivity of the
vehicle detector if there is no damage or replace the vehicle detector.
5、Check whether the motor is stuck (if the motor swing arm and the mechanical limit
extrusion is serious, the motor is stuck), and if stuck, the motor swing arm should be shaken
to normal through the motor handle.
6、Check whether the limit indicator on the limit plate is fully bright (the on limit
and off limit indicator is on at the same time, the normal state indicator is only one),
it may be the limit plate fault, and the limit plate needs to be replaced.
6.2、The equipment cannot be opened normally:
1、Check the switch line is short circuit phenomenon, can remove the switch controller
connected to the external line (license plate recognition brake line, manual button brake
line, etc.), press the remote control transmitter to open, close, stop whether normal check.
2、Check whether the limit indicator on the limit plate is fully bright (the on limit
and off limit indicator is on at the same time, the normal state indicator is only one),
it may be the limit plate fault, and the limit plate needs to be replaced.
6.3 Controller alarm fault code sheet:

P01 Opening gate speed (frequency) Set factory setting value: 60Hz set range: 10-120Hz
Set speed setting, the larger the value, the higher the speed; from static acceleration to set speed,

P02 Closing speed (frequency) Set factory setting value: 50Hz Set range: 10-120H:

current operating frequency to 0Hz;
Two linear and s curves, the default is linear.

P04 Closing and deceleration time setting (seconds) factory setting value: 0.5S setting range: 0.1-10S
When the gate runs off the rod with P02, during the switching of low speed, the time required to slow

down the current speed of P02 to the P06 value is executed by this parameter value time;
When starting from low speed to stop, the time required to slow down the current speed of P06 to 0 is
also implemented according to the P04 value, which is the time required for the AC motor to slow down from the
current operating frequency to 0HZ;
Divlinear and S curve, the default is linear

P05 Open the gate two section speed set factory setting value: 30Hz set range: 10-120Hz
The speed starting sets when from high speed to low speed, and the corresponding PO1 value switches to
the PO5 value to start from the pole to the vertical position.

P06 Close 2 speed set factory set value: 25Hz set range: 10-120Hz
The falling rod switches from high speed to low speed and sets, and the corresponding P02 value switches to
the P06 value to continue the falling rod to the horizontal level.

P07 Resistance rebound sensitivity adjustment factory setting value: 2.0A Set range: 0.5-3A
When the running current of the motor during the drop process is compared with the P07 value, if the
real-time current is greater than the P07 value, stop at 0.1S and immediately switch to the vertical position. In
practical application, it will be protected when the pole hits the vehicle or other objects during the drop process.

P08 Automatic drop rod function factory setting value: 0 Set range: 0-99
This function is turned off when P08=0, and the automatic drop bar function is turned on when P08> 0.
When the gate bar is in a vertical state, it will be held automatically (in P08 value S), and the switch will be
automatically executed after the time arrives.

P09 Count function factory setting value: 0 Set range: 0-1


This function is closed when P09=0, the counting function is opened when P09=1; during the start, the local
signal comes, and automatically drops after reducing the number;

P10 Automatic aging test function factory setting value: 0 Set range: 0-1
This function is closed when P10=0, and the automatic aging test function is opened when P10=1; when the
function is enabled, the gate lever delays after 3S in the horizontal or vertical position. You can stop testing when
the lever is not horizontal or vertical; either set P10 to 0 or automatically reset it.

P 17 Acceleration time setting (seconds) Factory setting value: 0.2S Set range: 0.1-10S
The acceleration time is the time required for the motor to go from 0Hz to the highest frequency P01 / P02.
If set to 0, the acceleration is linear, and> 0 is linear.

P18 Left / right set movement select factory set value: 0 Set range: 0-1
Default =0 is the left fixed movement; =1 is the right fixed movement; please confirm its structure before
commissioning.

P20 Parameter recovery factory default value factory set value: 0 Set range: 0-1
Default =0 is normal save, and factory default when modifying parameter =1.(Please use this parameter carefully.)
