AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION OF BOUNDARY

I, MARGARITA B. ESCUDERO, Filipino, of legal age, separated and a resident of Brgy.

Tolentino East, Tagaytay City, having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and state that:

1. THAT, in DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A PORTION OF LAND notarized by Atty.

Elpidio M. Paligutan dated October 14 and 22, 2021, under Doc. No. 426, Page NO. 85, Book
NO. 11 Series of 2021and Doc No. 161, Page No. 34, Book No. 111, Series of 2021.

2. That the BOUNDARY on the SOUTH SHOULD BE 50 (Lot No. 140121-A-PART) and
not 50 (lot no. 140121), said property is registered under Tax Declaration No. AA-18-
0018-0173 with an area of SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY (7,490)
square meters.

3. THAT, portion of said property that was sold to ANTONIO C. SADIA married to
Erlinda C. Sadia is ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED (1,200) square meters EACH, with a
total area of TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED (2,400) SQUARE METERS.

4. I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts, for the
purpose of correcting the subject entry in the Deed of Absolute Sale in connection to the
processing of tax declaration to the office of the Provincial Assessor Trece Martirez City and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
