13.1 Pool filtration plant & associated works

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of skid mounted vertical MSRL Dual Media
pressure filter fabricated from IS 226/2062 plate 5mm thick for shell and 6mm thick
M.S. plate for dished ends complete with initial charge of filter media, face piping and
valves accessories, painting, testing and commissioning complete.

13.1.2 Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of Horizontal centrifugal pump set with cast
iron body, gun metal/bronze impeller, stainless steel shaft coupled through flexible tyre
type coupling to TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operations on 415/440
volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply mounted on common M.S. channel base frame.

13.1.3 Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of Alum Dosing System complete with all
accessories, electro-mechanical metering pump with agitator of suitable H.P. with S.S.
shaft and S.S. blade including suction and delivery “LDPE” tubing of suitable size,
injection fitting, ball valve and HDPE chemical grade tank of 100 litres capacity with
outlets, over flow and drain arrangement etc. complete as required as per details given
below :

13.1.4 Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of Chlorinator Dosing System complete
with suitable capacity single phase 220 volts, 50 Hz, accessories, electronic metering
pump including suction and delivery LDPE tubing of suitable size, injection fittings,
gate valve of suitable size and HDPE chemical grade tank of 100 litres capacity with
outlet, overflow and drain arrangements etc. complete as required as per details given
below:

13.1.5 Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of C.I. doubel flanged hair & silt strainer
150 mm dia with C.I. body. The basket type filter element/strainer shall be of SS:304
stainless steel. Quick opening swing yoke type cover, fitted with drain plug, flanged
drilled as per requirement. Tested to 10 kg/sq.cm. hydraulic pressure, filteration area
10 times of pipe inlet of 150 mm dia. complete as required.

13.1.15 Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of dust, damp and vermin proof, free floor
standing factory built sheet steel enclosed nondrawout modular panel for water supply
pumps, fabricated out of suitable sized square tubular section and covered with
2.0mm thick CRCA sheet, hinged doors of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, duly painted
complete with earth bus, necessary metering protections & indications and mounted
with the following including all inter connection etc. (Including earthing). (Indoor type)

a) One No. 63 amps TP incoming MCB complete with the following:

i) 1 No. 0-500 volts 96x96 sq. mm ammeter with selector switch and fuses. (1 set).
 ii) 1 No. 0-60 amps 96x96sq.mm ammeter with 60/5 amps ratio CT's and selector switch.

iii) Phase indicating lamps with toggle switches.

iv) Indication lamps for ON/OFF/TRIP status of motors.
b) Aluminium bus bar of 100 amps for three phase and neutral.

i) 2 Nos. 32 amps TPN MCB with DOL starter each suitable for 5 HP. filter feed pumps.

Note :
a) All switch gear/panels shall be suitable for 25 KA rating.
b) All outgoing will have 96 sq. mm size ammeter and CT.
c) All starter units for pumps to be provided with 3 level liquid level contractor.
d) All outgoing starter units to have "ON" red lamps.
e) All pumps to be provided with duty selector switch.
f) All pumps to be provided with sequence timer 220/440 V AC/DC and alternate working
of pumps between 6 to 8 hours or alternate use of pumps after one service in
sequence.
g) All pumps to be provided with over load relay.
h Necessary cable alleys for space switches, level controller internal wiring and copper
earthing of all equipment shall also be included. All switch gears/control gears shall be

13.2 HEAT PUMPS FOR SWIMMING POOL HEATING

13.2.1 AIR COOLED HEAT PUMPS

 Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning of 38.29 KW actual capacity water Heating
machines.The Air-water heat pump with scroll compressors with motors suitable for
R407C refrigerant,suitable for 415 + 10 % volts, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply with unit
mounted starter, The Heat Exchanger (Refrigerant To Water) shell & tube of Tinanium,
It shall have multiple propeller/ axial fans with low sound, along with interconnected
copper refrigerant piping, electronic expansion valve, capacity control mechanism,
controls, accessories, safeties with wiring & interlocks to make a complete smoothly
working water Heating machine, operating stalely through its complete range.
(Solahart make, Model SHP108-3 or approved equivalent).
