Revenue, Registry of Deeds and/or Land Registration Authority
and other government agencies;

4. To submit and receive any document or paper to/from any

private or government agency/ies involving the aforementioned
property;

5. To obtain, gather, request, and receive any document or paper

to/from any private or government agency, which is necessary and
incidental to the Deed of Absolute Sale, payment of corresponding
taxes, and transfer fees.

HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and

authority to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective
the foregoing acts as though We ourselves have so performed it, and
HEREBY APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof with full
right of substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.
