SUBJECT : Justification of Variance on Recently Conducted Validation

1. Reference: Memo on “re- Conduct of Validation by Regional Investigation

and Detective Management Office conducted Division” dated November 13 to 17, 2023.

Further citing as reference Memo issued by C, PIDMU, NOCPPO dated

November 28, 2023, with subject “ Justification of Variance on Recently
Conducted Validation.

2. This pertains to the recently concluded validation conducted by Regional

Investigation and Detective Management Division on aforementioned
date at Diamond Jubilee Hall, lloilo City.

3. In connection with the abovementioned Memoranda the undersigned

would like to express a progressive comment on the remark to the
variance noted by validating team during validation.

4. Please be guided that the entry on the WCPD’s blotter book was late
reported the reason why it was not reflected on the calendar year 2022 as
mandated it was however, comprehend during the validation at the latter
year.

5. The WCPD of this station is currently harmonizing its records to avoid

variances to the records and with due respect the undersigned is very
willing to adapt other parameters by the higher office for the purpose of
serving the PNP organization.
