A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. MELLINE IRISH A.

ACHUELA AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY PURITAC,
PINILI, ILOCOS NORTE.

Whereas, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act
of 2015. RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary shall be appointed by the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK members (SK
Members) from among the members of the KK.

Whereas, MS. MELINNE IRISH A. LAED possesses all the qualifications of a Sangguniang Kabataan
Secretary as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of MS.
MELINNE IRISH A. LAED of Barangay Puritac, Pinili, Ilocos Norte until the end of the term of the
appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be given to MS. MELINNE IRISH A. LAED
for this file furnish the DILG City/Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local Youth
Development Office of Pinili, Ilocos Norte for their information and record.

been appointed as SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY, do hereby solemnly swear
that I will well and faithfully discharge to the best of my ability the duties of my present position
and of all others that I may hereafter hold; that I will obey the laws, legal orders, and decrees
promulgated by the duty constituted authorities of the Republic of the Philippines; that I will
support and defend the Constitution; and that I impose this obligations upon myself voluntarily
without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.
