Executive Summary
ReadyWrapped is a gift shop retail business that provides a wide range of gift selections.
Following the successful presentation of the business plan, this company was established.
As a team, we focused on addressing the "pain point" of the market, which is mainly the
matter faced by individuals who find themselves too hectic with their business and other
responsibilities, leaving insufficient time to provide a meaningful present on various
occasions. The “Bonanza Gift Shop '' in Las Vegas remains the world's largest gift shop
that is brimming with an extensive assortment of souvenirs, including t-shirts, hats, mugs,
shot glasses, magnets, and pieces of jewelry. However, Readywrapped separates its
convenience and customization from Bonanza Gift Shop. A company that concentrates
on the gift market and caters primarily to people with busy lifestyles and little artistic
flair. We are still in the early phases of development, finalizing the product line, building
cooperative connections with other companies, and figuring out how to launch the
business. What sets ReadyWrapped apart is our commitment to providing both ready-
made customizable gifts and delivery under one roof. Our proprietary customization
platform ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers looking to add a
personal touch to their gifts. Thus, it benefits from strong alliances with key support
groups including flower shops, beauty tools and accessories stores, souvenir shops, and
event planners. These partnerships enhanced our capabilities in sourcing, logistics,
innovative implementation, and technology integration. A rising need for simple and
customized gift options is what defines the gift industry. With shoppers searching for
more thoughtful gifts, ReadyWrapped got them covered. To address the dynamic
preference of the customer, a unique customization platform allows for the
personalization of every transaction. However, "One Stop Gift Shop" was well-known in
the municipality for its customer-focused loyalty programs. Readywrapped made them
less versatile and less likely to deliver surprise gifts to individuals who work abroad
while still offering high-quality service upon request. The entire funding needed,
according to Bplan's financial fund, is $26,880, or nearly a million pesos. However,
managing such a large sum of money is undoubtedly difficult. In the short term, the
business will create an online store to serve as a platform for customer service and brand
development. This platform will only charge for delivery fees and additional costs
associated with operating online, like electronics and internet which is more agreeable.

1.1. Business Logo, Tagline, Business Description, and Strategic Location

ReadyWrapped is an advanced gift shop that offers a carefully chosen assortment of ready-
made gifts along with a distinctive customization platform, simplifying the art of gift-giving. It
acts as a perfect example of convenience and customization when it comes to gifts.
ReadyWrapped provides its services outside of our physical location. Our personalized options
and carefully chosen selections can be viewed by customers worldwide via online platforms. Our
delivery service acts as a bridge for those who are unable to surprise their loved ones in person
by making sure the sentiment behind the gift knows no geographical bounds.

ReadyWrapped provides storefronts that are both virtual and physical. Our presence across
two platforms meets our clients' varied needs. Placed in social media accounts and the busy
municipality area of Balingasag. Our physical store is situated in the geographic center of the
municipality to guarantee accessibility and to reach a wider audience. We know that employment
rates are more prevalent in the municipal capital, and it aligns with our customer segments which
target busy professionals, students, couples, and event planners. Our online store, created to meet
the changing demands of a worldwide audience, enhances our physical presence. Our online
platform, which can be accessed from anywhere in the globe, offers the ReadyWrapped
experience to individuals who are looking for the ideal gift but might be geographically
separated. Customers can browse through various products offered by the company with only a
few clicks. The business intended to provide online customer service through Facebook,
Instagram, and TikTok, demonstrating that these platforms are the largest online social
networking sites.

Regarding the strategic location, specifically the physical store, we are still in the process of
navigating the complex landscape of economic factors, we recognize that our initial assumptions
and plans may undergo adjustments. Our team is currently engaged in a meticulous process to
identify the optimal area for our operations.

1.2. Vision, Mission, Goals, & Objectives

Vision
To establish a business as a globally recognizable brand in the gift industry that is associated
with outstanding service, originality, and innovation.

Mission
To contribute to seeking thoughtful gifts in a less stressful and time-consuming manner for
people, that guarantees a genuine symbol of care and thought.

Goals
1. Achieve a 20% increase in customer satisfaction scores within the first year by
streamlining the ordering process and ensuring prompt delivery.
2. Provide platform updates every quarter to introduce new customization options, based on
customer feedback and emerging trends in personalization.
3. Establish partnerships with at least five additional local businesses within the next six
months to expand the range of gift options and enhance collaborative marketing efforts.
4. Implement cost-saving measures to achieve a 10% reduction in operational costs within
the first six months, without compromising product quality or customer service.
5. Initiate a community outreach program, contributing 1% of annual profits to local
charities and participating in at least two community events per quarter.

Objectives
1. Develop a loyalty program to reward devoted customers, extend an invitation to more
dedicated people, and register clients with the company to label them as frequent buyers.
2. Increase the number of products offered in the online store by developing an online
mobile app. This will improve the user experience and give a more integrated interface.
3. Achieve a 30% market share in the local gift industry.

2. Business Plan Implementation

2.1. Production
Since the company will work with pre-made gifts, our direct costs will be associated with
product design, choosing a supplier for raw materials such as gift boxes, and the overall design
of the gift. On the other hand, indirect costs will include utilities essential for delivery, the
printing process, rent, labor salaries, and other supplies. However, the cost of raw materials
depends on the year, the economy, and availability. For example, the price of utilities and the
price of oil and gasoline will affect the company due to their association with shipping and
product delivery. This is to ensure high-quality customized gifts and a balance between product
quality and profitability.

Our business cards are not just pieces of paper; they are invitations to celebration. Handed out at
the store and shared within the community, our business cards succinctly convey what
ReadyWrapped Gifts is all about (Refer to Appendix A)

We are active on various social media platforms, sharing engaging content, promotions, and
behind-the-scenes glimpses of our store. Social media allows us to connect with our audience,
share customer stories, and keep everyone informed about the latest additions to our gift
collection.

We guarantee the products are of the highest quality and keep up


with the latest gifting trends. For added
convenience, we take into account gift sets or
bundling options. As a way to increase our
reach, we made an intuitive and user-friendly
online store. We are using online advertising
and digital marketing platforms like social
media to advertise the company to increase
the effectiveness of this. We'll be working together with bloggers or
influencers to promote our goods and to use exclusive offers, time-limited promotions, or
seasonal marketing to increase sales. For the soft opening, we will be implementing gifts for the
first 50 people and creating a customer contest giving them a chance to win a mystery gift box.

product discounts go hand in hand with competitive salaries. Bonuses based on performance

3. Product Diversification
In addition to creating convenient gifts, ReadyWrapped is also a
unique business that specializes in creating handcrafted souvenirs
that are more than just treasures; rather, they are expertly crafted
items that capture the spirit and beauty of the area around the
business particularly the Balingasag
neighborhood where the
company is based.
Additionally, Readywrapped sells handcrafted souvenirs to
tourists, travelers, and locals in the area. This can take the
form of t-shirts, a small-carved "Vega's house," textiles, ornaments from the historic Balingasag
church, and many more items. Our distinctive selling proposition is the integration of genuine
local craftsmanship with the ease of personalized gift wrapping, creating an incredibly
remarkable present-giving experience.

4. Future Plans
ReadyWrapped envisions becoming a trailblazer in the gifting industry by integrating a
cutting-edge mobile app and strategically sponsoring events. The app will provide customers
with an immersive shopping experience, featuring exclusive limited-edition gifts and a one-click
surprise gifting option. Simultaneously, strategic event sponsorships aim to enhance brand
visibility, offering personalized incentives at gatherings, business meetings, and special
occasions. This forward-thinking approach positions ReadyWrapped at the forefront of
innovation, promising customers a seamless blend of technology, surprise, and personalized
gifting experiences.
