EXAMPLE COMMUNITY PROJECT PLAN

REDEVELOPMENT OF INGRESS TO LAOAG CITY


I. TITLE

This project proposal, REDEVELOPMENT OF INGRESS TO LAOAG CITY, will encompass the

following similar activities; (1) Improvement of the Welcome Arch, (2) Improvement of Vehicular

Traffic Flow, (3) Installation of Light posts, (4) Sidewalk Improvement.

II. PROPONENTS

This project proposal will be realized by the local government unit of Laoag City thru the efforts

of the Sangguniang Panglungsod, the Office of the Mayor thru the Planning and Development

Office, and thru the initiative of Arch. Xeth Karlo Bielza.

This project will also be in cooperation with the Regional Office of the Department of Public

Works and Highways Region 1.


III. DURATION

This project proposal will be realized once the city ordinance is approved. The construction will

commence on __________ and will be completed and inaugurated on __________________.

For the constituents of Laoag City, for local tourism, for improvement of road traffic.
