I. Call to Order
Hon. Dreb Jake B. Residuo called to order the first official meeting of Sangguniang Kabataan
of Barangay 777 at 10:00 in the morning on December 3, 2023, Sunday at the Barangay 777
Daycare Room.
II. Roll Call
Hon. Khen O. De Guzman, the acting secretary, conducted the roll call. The above-stated
individuals were present.
III. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
Hon. Khen O. De Guzman, the acting secretary, performed a reading of minutes from the last
irregular meeting to update the councils on their assignments on the forthcoming project,
HIV/AIDS Seminar and Testing, in collaboration with the SK Councils of Barangays 781 and
782.

Agenda Highlights/Agreement
1 Review of Internal Rules of The SK Chairman discussed his proposed IRP in concurrence with the
Procedure (IRP) SK Councils that are attached to this document.
2 Appointment of SK Secretary The SK Chairman, with the approval of the SK Councils, appointed
and SK Treasurer Mr. Jeremy G. Baculi and Ms. Cyrine Reyes as SK Secretary and SK
Treasurer, respectively.
3 Designation of The appointment of committee heads was done by nomination and
Committee Heads division of the house. Thus, in concurrence with the SK council, the
following SK councilors were appointed as committee heads:
 Committee on Education and Culture:
Hon. Hannah Hazel A. Lectonin
 Committee on Environmental, Climate Change Adaptation,
and Disaster Risk Reduction and Resiliency:
Hon. Ma. Cassandra S. Dacumos
 Committee on Youth Employment and Livelihood:
Hon. Cyrine Kyte M. Tumala
 Committee on Health, Health Services, and Reproductive
Health:
Hon. Angelica Rose T. Aguila
 Committee on Anti-Drug Abuse and Social Protection:
Hon. Rick Demetrio A. Sacorum
 Committee on Gender and Development:
 Hon. Khen O. De Guzman
 Committee on Sports Development:

4 Formulation of Mandated The SK Chairman gave instructions and a sample of mandated plans
Youth Plans: CBYDP and to the SK Councils and SK Secretary. The formulation of the said
ABYIP plans is set before December ends.
5 Documents for SK Financial The SK Chairman hands over and explains the needed documents to
Transactions the appointed SK Treasurer.
6 Barangay Official’s The SK Chairman reminded the SK Councils, SK Secretary, and SK
Information Sheet (BOIS) Treasurer about documents they needed to prepare for the submission
of the BOIS Form.

7 Katipunan ng Kabataan The SK Chairman assigned Hon. Hannah Hazel A. Lectonin, SK

Profiling Kagawad, to create a survey form guided by the questionnaire
provided by DILG. The youth profiling is scheduled for December
10–16, 2023.

8 Oath Taking The SK Chairman reminded the SK Councils regarding the details of
the SK Officials Oath-Taking Ceremony on December 4, 2023.

9 HIV/AIDS Seminar and Hon. Khen O. De Guzman, SK Kagawad, updated the SK Councils on
Testing Project their assigned tasks for the said project.
1 Activities for Christmas The whole SK Council has decided to conduct a Christmas program
0 Celebration for the youth of Barangay 777. In-depth preparation is to be discussed
at the next meeting.
