include preventive, predictive, and emergency
maintenance as appropriate?

2. How is preventive maintenance (PM) scheduled?

May I see the PM schedule please? (Pull X
equipment records and verify conformance to
the PM schedule.)

3. How is Maintenance notified of equipment

failure and the need for emergency
maintenance? (If work orders are used, ask:) Do
maintenance personnel receive adequate
information on the work order to repair the
equipment in a timely manner?
