EVENT REPORT OF JACK‘O’LANTERN

EVENT SUMMARY:

Vastranova hosted its first event, JACK-O-LANTERN, on the 27th of

October 2023 at the open auditorium. The event was graced by the title
sponsorship of Glam Fashion Week, & with Attractive Label as the co-
sponsor. Skylark Overseas Education and Car Pixels contributed their
support as event sponsors, while Fudge and Frost contributed their
delightful goodies as dessert sponsors. The event commenced at 6 PM
with warm greetings to the audience, followed by an introduction to the
event's theme, Jack-O-Lantern. Expressing gratitude to our sponsors, the
main segment of the event kicked off at 6:35 PM with a captivating
zombie-themed fashion show, delivered by ten members of our modeling
team(male and female). Their enthralling performance concluded at 6:50
PM, leading into a brief pause. At 6:55 PM, the highly anticipated and
entertaining segment of the event commenced, featuring a trick-or-treat
maze challenge for the four teams of audience members(Witches,
Vampires, Clowns, and Zombies)to gather as many chocolates as possible
within the allocated time of 1 minute and 20 seconds. Meanwhile, the
remaining attendees enjoyed engaging in lively Q&A sessions and
receiving stunning body art creations from our talented body art team.
This continued until 7:45 PM. The event has come to an end with cake
cutting, led by Jaya and Bhavava, the President and Vice President of
Vastranova, respectively marking a delightful celebration of our
inaugural event. The attendees dispersed shortly after, capturing
photographs and concluding the event around 8 PM.
