BASTI: Hi sir Nedd, a pleasant afternoon to you. Today, we are here to present to you our business
concept proposal which is our chosen business named CALLED KM^2 APPARELS.

2nd SLIDE:

BASTI: To give you information on how we come up with the Brand name, it’s simply the initial of our
names. King, Maron, and Matt. But before we proceed with our formal presentation. Let me introduce
our group members DON MARON RAMOS, Matthew Josue, and me King Sebastian De Guzman.

3rd SLIDE: pictures of shirts

BASTI: What is our business all about? KM squared apparel is a clothing business line of products that
includes ready-made printed clothing, personalized shirt, (anime, cartoon, vintage, retro, trendy, urban,
etc.) hoodies, jackets, caps, long-sleeves, sweatshirts, sweaters, and now summer apparel such as
printed sando, custom jerseys and more. (SHOW SLIDES)

4th slide: jackets

Basti: It has an aesthetic design and unique prints. High-quality fabric, durable, and good-quality prints
that cannot be easily erased when washed. It is also very comfortable because it has 100% organic
cotton which is, comfortable and ideal for everyday wear.

5th slide: (Online shop drivers service printing)

Basti: Our service has an online shop that offers delivery services to people who are too busy to come to
our store. It is open from 8:00 am-12:00 am with a designated admin to answer all inquiries and
transactions. All our products are posted in our online shop for easy browsing and shopping. As well as
printing services for our customized shirts.

BASTI: as we have discussed Our nature of product offers both product and service. We chose this
nature of the business because having products and services in our apparel store gives us more
opportunities to earn more profit. Through this, it can expand opportunities for the market because
products and services are just like what we said, hitting two birds with one stone. The two birds are the
products and services and the stone (our business) is our weapon for hitting those two opportunities at
once.
BASTI: For the mission, Matthew will discuss it, and Maron for the vision and goal.

6th slide: MISSION

MATT: our mission is to create an apparel company that can offer superior design, quality, and value for
our customers. We will devote and commit ourselves to offer the best service and real value to our
employees and customers. We will ensure that our customers will have the best satisfaction as well as
our employees.

7th slide: VISION AND GOALS

Maron: while our vision is to provide a distinctive shopping experience and customer loyalty. We
foresee continually expanding from a small company to a well-known brand while providing teens and
adults with high-quality, trendy t-shirts and apparel at rates they can afford. This gives us a goal to
deliver and negotiate quality products with good price value and superior service.

8TH: actual location AND TARGET MARKET

MATT: We are located at 432 Marcos Alvarez Avenue, Talon Uno, Las Pinas City. If you are familiar with
the place, it is a strategic location where there is a terminal of jeepneys and tricycles where students
and employees take a ride on their way to school or work. There is also a public market beside it as well
so it’s a great place to start up a business. That is why our target market ranges from 13-40 years of age
of both genders since our clothing offer printing of custom shirts and different apparel, based on our
target market’s preference and liking.

BASTI: WE BASED OUR PRICE THROUGH THE USE OF PRICE SCHEME “Cost-Plus Pricing”, whereas
we take the product production cost and add a certain amount percentage or markup for it.
For example, if we bought the shirts at an amount cost of 100 pesos each we can add a
markup of 50% to the price to make it 150 pesos. Through this price scheme, we can easily
generate a particular desired rate of return.

BASTI: We also offer a 7-day warranty in case of stains, holes, and printing mistakes. We will
also use eco-friendly/recyclable packaging and designed paper bags to make the packaging
eccentric and different from our competitors.

10th slide: modes of payment

Maron: Our methods of payment are cash, debit/credit card, Gcash, and bank transfers (like BDO, BPI,
and METROBANK). Both in our physical and online shop.

11th slide:

Matt: We also offer promotions which include the following:

-Online marketing through social media sites primarily having a Facebook busine ss page.

-Email marketing by sending email messages for the latest promos, deals, and discounts.

-Through bazaars and school fairs to create an opportunity for a small business like us to promote and
try our products.

-provide positive feedback from other satisfied customers and post on our Facebook page for people to
be interested.

-promote our business through public relations by inviting vloggers for them to post on their social
media apps. And as a result, their followers and fans visit our store.

-distributing flyers

12th slide:

Maron: Discounts, Bundles, Pay Day Sales, and Coupons are some of our ways to attract customers and
generate more income.

-10% off offered on your next visit if you buy 3 apparels on your first visit.
-10% off for bringing a friend who will also buy a product.

-bundling, (buy 1 take 1) by combining our old stocks or non-sellable items into our bundle.

- Payday sales, for example, every 15th and 30th of the month.

-and of course, freebies and tokens will surely be appreciated and will be a great hit to gain the trust and
confidence of the customers . In return, they will become our loyal customers.

BASTI: The 4Ps of marketing are very important oh how you introduce your product or service to the
market. It helps you to define your marketing options in terms of price, product, promotion, and place
so that what you offer meets specific customers’ needs and demands. That’s all sir thank you for
