Both governments and private companies should have equal opportunities to conduct scientific research. While private companies have funding and resources to perform large-scale experiments, governments can ensure research benefits citizens and the country's security. Some fields like military require government control due to confidentiality. Overall, both sectors aim to improve lives, so neither should be restricted from scientific advancement.

TOPIC: MANY PEPLE BELIEVE THAT SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH SHOULD BE
CARRIED OUT AND CONTROLLED BY GOVERMENTS RATHER THAN
PRIVATE COMPANIES. TO WHAT EXTEN DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE? It is argued that scientific investigation should be conducted and controlled by authorities instead of private corporation. From my perspective, i believe that both governments and personal companies should be given equal opportunities. On the one hand, i agree that profit-driven companies can be in charge of doing scientific research, which contributes to increase quality of people’ life. To specific, these organisations have enough money and power to invest in operating large-scale experiments with the top of advanced facilities imported from international and a large number of profesional , creative employees taught at higher education. In addition, they are not limited in research topics helping them break -through and obtain more important accomplishments in various fields. For example, Apple is a multinatinal technology company, which has been succeeded in conducting a lot of researchs in many fields: iphone, ipad, watch, TV,… and begins the era of technology. Apple always get passionate about their products by tech enthusiast because of their progressive workers and a long-term reputation. Nevertheless, i believe that the researchs carried out by states will be more convinient and confidential than the prvivate business. Particularly, authorities often take responsibility of investigating the national experiments, which play a key role and impact on residents, the country’ survival. As an empitome, the state-own companies have made progress in creating vaccine to against the potential epidemics like Covid-19 pandemic for minimizing the risk of people’death. Beside, in a little fields require the stringent controllability and supervision from the states because they relate to the nation’ secret.Especially in millitary, they create nuclear power to develop and improve the army strenghts, struggle for warfare and invaders. In conclusion, i think both governments and personal companies should be given an equal chance to develop because they have the same purposes that bring happiness and convinience for citizens
