Subject: Important: Announcement regarding Flavor Fusion’s restructuring.

Dear Flavor Fusion family,
I hope this email finds you well. As the Chief Executive Officer of Flavor Fusion, I have an
important news to discuss with all of you. I am writing this email to inform you about the
present situation of the company.
We have been working together from last 6 years and today the economies around the world
are facing severe downturns and this has impacted our company too. To ensure long
sustainability of the company, we had to take some necessary steps.
The company has to downsize due to current economic conditions. This decision was not easy,
and I do understand that this will have a huge impact on all of us. The main reason for this
downsizing is that we have been experiencing a decline in sales over the last few months and
the profitability of the company was at risk. We have done everything possible to keep the
company functioning but are unable to do so at our current capacity.
So, we have decided to reduce our workforce by 30% over the next few months. We understand
that this news will be very difficult for some of you to hear and we want to assure you that we
will do everything we can to help you through these tough times. We will offer extensive
support to the affected employees including severance packages, career counselling, and job
placement support.
