1. All prices are quoted in Pak rupees and are
inclusive of taxes.
2. This quotation is valid for 07 days and subject to
change without prior notice upon expiry of
quotation validity or 02% $ Fluctuation.
3. Payment Terms:
I. 100% Advance with PO.
II. Order Once placed cannot be
changed under any circumstances.
III. NSSP Reserves the right to
withdraw the proposal before the
placement of PO.
4. Delivery Time is Ex-stock, otherwise Expected
Import time of Hardware equipment is 12 to 16
weeks.
5. Client need to provide network connectivity to
installation site.
6. Quoted price do not have Civil work or any other
work scope accept for the above quoted items.
7. Kabir’s core network to be used for the
implementation of this Device.
8. Quoted price are without any Power/Electrical
work, hence any items not quoted in quotation
will be provided by client.
9. Any damage on client premises during
installation is responsibility on client.
10. Prices quoted are in accordance with the
quantities mentioned in the quotation. Any
change in quantity would affect the price and
may result as a submission of fresh quotation or
Fresh invoice during installation.
11. Total price does not include additional
development on the standard features of the
product and attendance module only.
12. For Changes in items or addition client has to
pay for items and will be added in final invoice.
13. If the customer loses or damages or burnt the
devices due to power surge, Supplier can
provide a replacement with extra charges which
may be equivalent to the entire hardware value.

14. Items quoted with PKR 0.0 in "Total" column are
offered as optional, and are not added up to the
total cost. If these items are requested, the
proposal has to be modified to reflect these
changes.
15. This quotation is equal to the purchase order
and is effective once the customer has signed.
16. All items Quoted from stock are subjected to
prior sales.
17. If the concerned Government Authority does
not approve/issue the export license for any
particular item(s) or reason(s), the same item(s)
will be deleted from the Purchase
Order/Contract without imposing any penalty to
NSSP.
18. For any additional visit for any support, upon
client’s demand, 10,000 would be charged in
advance.
19. Prices of all component/equipment are subject
to change should the government revise the
prevailing tax rates, customs duties. Prices are
also subject to variation for the factors beyond
NSSP’ control i.e. foreign currency exchange
rates.
20. At time of order if any of the items are obsolete
or discontinued by our Principals, the item(s)’
ordered will be cancelled from the purchase
order.
21. All equipment will remain as the property of
NSSP until 100% payment is made by the
customer.
22. Any Item required in project and not quoted
above to be provided by Client.
23. You’re Purchase Order and /or Contract with
NSSP, placed against this quotation, implies that
the above terms of sale have been accepted by
you / your organization.
24. Items once sold cannot be returned or replace.
25. Errors & Omissions expected. (E&OE).
26. Customers are requested to please recheck with
concerned sales person before placing the
order.
