1. APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION
(For Office Use Only) The student hereby applies for registration for the courses detailed above. The student acknowledges having made full enquiries in
regards to the course/s of study and declares him/her to be fully acquainted with the nature and content of such course and with all

Exam permits (Timetable) may not be issued if the fee payment is not up to date. However, Berea College of Technology reserves the right

6. DEREGISTRATION AND REFUNDS
In order to be considered for any refund of fees, a student who wishes to withdraw from the College must formally submit the official

7. COMPLIANCE WITH RULES AND CODE OF CONDUCT
The student undertakes to fully acquaint him/herself with all rules, regulations and codes of conduct of Berea College of Technology as

submits him/her to such disciplinary action as may be provided in terms of such rules in the event of any non-compliance therewith. No
