• Purpose

The purpose of this project is to arrange a seminar for 100 online sellers to introduce them
with our new platform for gaining more insights, networking, and explore opportunities to
enhance their online businesses.

• High Level Project Description

The "E-commerce Seller Seminar" is an initiative aimed at bringing together e-commerce
sellers, entrepreneurs, and industry experts to foster knowledge sharing, networking, and
business growth within the e-commerce sector. This seminar will provide a platform for
sellers to gain valuable insights, explore emerging trends, and connect with like-minded
professionals.

• Objectives
I. To attract a minimum of 50 e-commerce sellers from the seminar.
II. To provide valuable insights and information to sellers for enhancing their e-commerce
businesses.
III. To facilitate networking and collaboration opportunities among participants.
IV. To receive positive feedback from at least 80% of attendees.

• High Level Requirements

Agenda and Content Management: The seminar should have a well-structured agenda that
includes keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and networking sessions.

The system should allow for easy content management, including session descriptions and
speaker profiles.

Budget:
The budget for this project is set at 450K, which includes venue rental, catering,
marketing expenses and sound system.

Responsible for overall project coordination, planning, and execution.
Oversees all aspects of the seminar, including logistics, marketing, budget, and team
