the number possibly “154”, in pencil, at the bottom, and at the top it reads “Perú”, also in pencil, erased.
The document consists of a note issued by the Tribunal of the Holy Office of the Inquisition of Lima, to
Diego Diez, in charge of the seizure of the properties of the cleric Juan Osorio, subject to imprisonment in
the prisons of the Inquisition, ordering him to pay a quantity of pesos from these seized properties to
Cristóbal Hernández, supplier of the prisoners, so that with them he can provide food for the
aforementioned Juan Osorio, with the signatures of Licenciado Cerezuela, Licenciado Antonio Gutiérrez
de Ulloa, and Pedro de Bustamante.
