Sport is good for health

When people start doing exercises or spent their time on sport, they may find it hard and
difficult at the beginning, but over time that activity becomes a good habit which enriches their
life. In my opinion there are two aspects which can give us a healthy lifestyle when we decide to
take up any sport we choose. Doing sports is good for the body and doing sports is good for the
mind as well.
There are many survey-based conclusions who suggest that people who do sports are
simply more prepared to endure illnesses and any other physical burden. Playing sports requires
a lot of energy and we all know that for a healthy life style we need to be active and spent the
energy we get from our daily meals.

There are lot of studies which say that doing sports can help the human mind relive
tension and reduce stress. The physical exercises increase the ability of brain works and calm our
mind. Team sports give us excellent way to socialize and keep our spirit and motivation high and
satisfied.

It is evident that if we decide to take up any sport, we won’t make a mistake. Being
healthy is important not only for a better functioning in our everyday life, but also for the feeling
of satisfaction and happiness at the same time. Doing sports can help us to: keep fit and active,

be sociable, feel the rhythm of life and in that way doing good for our mind and body as well. It
helps us enjoy life fully and appreciate every day as a precious gift.
