Sub: - SBTET – Diploma Examinations March/April, 2016 – Uploading of Sessional Marks in

theory subjects& PM Marks for the regular&backlog candidates for whom the
Polytechnics are failed in uploading the Unit Test Marks and for backlog candidates
who are appearing the respective examination first time – Requested – Regarding.

With reference to the subject cited above the Principals are requested to upload Sessional
marks for the regular & backlog students for whom the Polytechnics are failed in uploading the
Unit Test Marks and for Backlog students appearing the respective semester examinations first
time by a click on the link provided in–

(I) Student Portal> HOD Login > Student Information<oldsmmarks>

The Principals are requested to inform the concerned Head of Section to do the
following:

1. Enter the sessional marks in the <Marks Entered Column>

2. Pl. verifyyour records before posting the marks.
3. The task is to be completed by 13/05/2016, failing which the results pertaining to the
candidates for whom <Availablemarks> columns are empty will be kept in withheld.

(II) Practical Marks: Student Portal > HOD Login > Student Information<PM Marks>.
Upload the marks.

All the Principals are requested to bestow their personnel attention and issue the necessary
instructions to the concerned Head of Sections to complete the task by 13/05/2016 so as to
releases the results at the earliest.
