OBJECTIVE/S:

1.Conduct risk assessment to strengthen capacities and lessen its impacts

2.Involve school partners and stakeholders in formulating course of actions

in response to adverse effects of disaster

3.To minimize or avoid injuries and casualties and damages of school

properties during disaster.

4.To prepare the pupils and teachers from the hazard of disaster such as
fire, earthquake

and typhoon

5. To minimize or avoid injuries and casualties during disaster.

6. To respond after the occurrence of disaster and or emergencies.

7.To ensure the communication and assistance from school to affected

students in times of disaster, this contingency plan must be implemented in
the face of medium to large scale of disaster.

PART II: Conclusion and Recommendation

Based on the plan of School Based Contingency Plan was successfully

conducted and implemented last November 24,2023.First,the participants
strongly agree on the program delivered as planned by the
facilitator.Secondly ,the program objectives were clearly presented as
participants strongly agree on the attainment of the objectives.

Moreover ,in terms of issues and concerned during the write shop .The
problems encountered while making the contingency plan were discussed
and eventually a way was made to collectively gather information to be
used . Everyone joined in and gave suggestions to facilitate and organize the
work.

At the end of the activity ,Contingency Plan of the school has been made
with the help of everyone who joined the writeshop.
