The ASPIRE Award nominees are rolling out! We have reached the exciting time of the year
when a handful of your associates have been chosen for nomination for the ASPIRE Awards.
OneAmerica is very proud of all the nominees we have had this year.

The ASPIRE Awards stand for Achievement, Stewardship, Partnership, Integrity,

Responsiveness and Excellence. These attributes are our company's core; all nominees
embody these values. Out of the four categories, Distinguished Achievement, Excellence in
Execution, Excellence in Partnership, and Outstanding Leadership, there will be 8 selected to
win out of the 216 amazing nominees.

We are very excited to announce the Awards winners in a handful of days. Please
congratulate your fellow associates on their accomplishments in being nominated for these
