Contract of Employment
This Agreement is made this ______ day of ______, ___________
Between: Market Street Ltd. (a company registered in the Cayman Islands) as Employer
and ______ __________________________ as employee.

1. This contract commences on the first day of your approved work permit/first day of employment
______________(dd/mm/yyyy) and ends on the last valid day of your work permit or 6 month period (PR/Caymanian)
______________. Your contract is for the duration of your work permit unless required notice is given by either party to
terminate (see section 11). Your probationary period ends________________________________________

2. The employee shall be employed in the capacity of ______________. The current duties and responsibilities of which are
set out in annexed hereto and forming part of this agreement. These duties and responsibilities may be amended from
time to time at the sole discretion of the Employer, subject to formal notification of same being provided to the Employee.

3. The Employee hereby agrees to keep confidential, subject to compliance with any Laws of the Cayman Islands, the policies,
procedures, and other information in relation to the Company which shall come to his/her knowledge.

4. The Company’s hours of work vary according to the nature of your employment. Your regular hours of work are between
the hours’ of 12am and 11:59pm depending on the shift you are assigned to work and will be in observance of the labour
law 2011 revision.

5. The employee’s rate of remuneration will be $________ CI per hour and is paid in arrears. It shall be paid bi-weekly on the
3rd and 18th of each month.

6. Service employees with a wage that falls below the national minimum wage will be part of a registered and approved
gratuity scheme. Gratuity will be released in accordance with the Labour Law.

7. There will be an initial probationary period of six (6) months. The probationary period may be extended for a period not
exceeding a further six (6) months provided that the agreement to such further extension shall be in writing and shall be
signed by both you and the Company and appended to the initial contract of employment.

8. Vacation leave entitlement per calendar year is granted in accordance with the provisions of the labour law and upon
completion of the probationary period and taken at a mutually convenient time. Refer to the employee handbook for
more information on vacation leave.

9. Public Holiday Pay entitlement will not be paid to employees at a managerial level as per the Cayman Islands Labour Law.

10. Sick leave is provided in accordance with the Labor Law.

11. The notice period for nonrenewal of this contract for either party is 30 days for any employee, unless specified otherwise.
Notice shall be in writing. Should this contract be terminated for any reason, the Employee shall surrender forthwith to the

Employer all information and documentation belonging to the Company whether or not the Employee was its author
during the period of his/her employment with the Company, as well as any business contact information gained whilst in
the employment of the Company.

12. Severance pay if applicable will be paid in accordance with the Labor Law.

13. Worker’s compensation protection is provided by the employer in the event of injury or accident on the job resulting in
any form of incapacity or death. Worker’s compensation provision is by Fidelity Insurance Ltd.

14. An employee pension plan is in place in accordance with the law.

15. (1) Nothing in this contract prevents the employer from dismissing an employee
summarily, without warning, if the employee is guilty of serious misconduct.
(2) Where the misconduct is not serious, the employer may dismiss the employee after only 1 warning, giving the
employee 30 days in which to improve his conduct.
(3) Where the employee is guilty of substandard performances, the employer may dismiss the employee after 2 written
warnings.
(4) Should the employee be presented with a warning, he will be required to sign it. Signing does not indicate that the
employee agrees with the contents of the warning, but indicates that the employee has received and understands it.
(5) A dismissal under this subparagraph means the forfeiture of benefits not already earned and forfeiture of severance
pay.

16. Except for any provision that applies by virtue of law, the employer and employee acknowledge that this document shall
constitute the entire agreement between them.

17. No amendments or modifications to this contract shall be valid or binding unless made in writing and signed by both
parties and specifically the date on which they shall come into operation.

Both the employer and employee warrant that they have the requisite capacity, authority and permission to enter into this
agreement.
