grade 12 to wear uniforms as well as to wear IDs inside the school. He announced it at the Flag Raising

because the ICT 11 students allegedly threw stones at them while they were playing in front of their
classroom. According to the ICT 11 students, "Ronnie," a student from ABM 12, kicked a student from
ICT 11 and they retaliated. They were settled after the Guidance Counselor called them. This is ___,
