Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that we were extremely disappointed and let down by the
customer service received from your hotel. Therefore, I would like to complaint against the rude
behaviour and poor facilities we were provided with.

I had booked a single bed room at your hotel a week prior to our visit, along with a car pickup
from the hotel. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the car and driver were absent. I had to go
on a local bus even though I had paid for a pickup.
Nevertheless, when I reached the hotel, the staff were all on a break, so I had to wait another 30
minutes on torn chairs. As I was getting thirsty, I asked a waiter for some water. He went into
the kitchen but he never came back. Soon the staff were free again so I registered my name.
Surprisingly, they said my booked room was not available. I had to spend another 2 hours in the
waiting room, waiting for another room to become available so I could settle in.
When I went to dine at the restauraunt, the waiter seemed hesitant and fustrated. I had to wait
another hour for the food and when received, it was cold and stale.
I have been staying at your hotel for 5 years but never have I received such terrible service.

I request you to take some immediate action against the staff and rooms.
