DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, VICTORINO LIMOT, of legal age, married to BEATRES BINTAD LIMOT, Filipino citizen
and a resident of Poblacion, Pitogo, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines, for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 1,400,000) Pesos in cash, Philippine Currency, to me
in hand paid by BENJIE BACON CUIZON, of legal age, married to CRESELGIE OGANG CUIZON,
residents at Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, receipt of which amount in full are hereby acknowledge
have sold, transfer and convey, absolutely and unconditionally the said portion of a parcel of land situated at
Poblacion, Pitigo, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines and more particularly described as follows to wit:
“A parcel of land Lot 462, Pls-250 of being a portion of H-154696 situated at Poblacion, Pitogo,
Zamboanga del Sur, containing an area of SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND
THIRTY (74,830) Square Meters, has been sold to BENJIE BACON CUIZON, of legal age, married to
CRESELGIE OGANG, portion of land still covered in and described by Transfer Certificate of Title No. P-
2,586 of the register of deeds for the Province of Zamboanga del Sur”

Of which parcels of land I am the absolute owner in fee simple having acquired the same thru succession.
That by these presents, I hereby warrant valid title and peaceful possession of the property herein sold and
convey and further declare that the same is free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever .
