    How To Fix Timing Glitch

    In some cases, participants will experience test timing glitch such as running out of test time before the
    test even begins. Here are the steps to fix the issue:

    1. Logging out from SEB using this procedure:


    a. Log out from CBT app
    b. Quit SEB app using the password: upap
    2. Search and open the device Control Panel

    3. Choose Clock and Region for those using Windows 10 or Clock, Language and Region for
    those using Windows 8

    4. Choose Date and Time

    5. Then click on Internet Time tab on Date and Time window. Then click ‘Change settings…’.

    6. Next, you will be presented with Internet Time Settings window, please check the ‘Synchronize
    with an internet time server’ option.
    7. Then choose the time server time.windows.com.
    8. Then click ‘Update now’ to activate the synchronization. You can re-click ‘Update now’ to make
    sure that the clock is successfully synchronized. Lastly, click ‘OK’ to save the changes you made
