K- College Road, Nandanvan Colony, Near Vitrag Apartment Nagpur 440008 hereinafter referred to and called as “TENANT” (which terms and expression unless excluded or repugnant to the context and meaning hereof, shall always mean and include Licensee's heirs, nominees, assigns, executors and all such other persons claiming through or under Licensee) of the SECOND PART. WHEREAS, the party of the First Part/Owner is owner Flat No.706, Wing A, carpet area admeasuring 42.86 Sq Mtr, on 7 Floor of Royal Homes constructed on Plot No, 1 out of Kh No. 153 (Part), P.H.No. A 34-A, City Survey No. 235, Sheet No. 607/49, Mouja Vathoda, Tah & Dist Nagpur situated near ‘Swami Narayan Mandir in Ward No. 21 within the limits of Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur hereinafter referred to as the said “RENT PREMISES”. aS AND WHEREAS the TENANT being desirous to take the said rent premises on and therefore Owner © \ rental basis in same constructed condition as i UR ‘Biv ecides torent out the premises on leave and license basis for her residential leave and license basis for which the Tenant agreed to pay monthly Rent/license fee of Rs. 10,890/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Eight hundred ninety only), on the terms and conditions mutually agreed upon. NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS 1) THAT, the Licensee hereby agrees and undertakes to pay the Owner a monthly rent/license fee of Rs. 10,890/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Eight hundred ninety only), towards use of rented premises for her residential gekte urpose. The Tenant purp shall pay the rent in advance on or before the 10" day of each month as per English Calendg Ir 2) THAT, thi i m his Leave and License shall be strictly for 11 (eleven) months ‘commencing fror i 8 from 01.10.2022 till 31,08,2023 and both the parties shall be at liberty to termi i ‘minate this leave & license agreement by issuing prior one month notice to either party. 3) THAT, t ) the Tenant had deposited 18,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand only), t it i I, towards security deposit which shall be refunded by the Owner at the time of of vacating the said rented premises after deducting outstanding rent Or cost of damages to the premises or cost of electric equipment if any. 4) — THAT, it is agreed between the parties that, if the Tenant fails to pay monthly rent for two consecutive months to the Owner in such case, this agreement will be stand cancelled and terminated and the Owner will be at liberty to recover the dues.
